Do you have Tech Suspension on your trials motorcycle? We are the Canadian distributor for Tech and provide service and tuning for their forks and shocks. We have developed our own fork and shock damper tunes based on feedback and testing of local riders and can make a noticeable improvement on the already awesome performance of these products.
Upgrade your fork:
This includes:
- Upgraded damping cartridge with adjustable compression damping
- Custom Alba damper tune based on your weight and riding style
- Extra bottom out piston to increase bottom out damping allowing a softer spring rate to be used without the risk of excessive bottom out
- This tune/cartridge combo makes a night-and-day difference over the standard fork tunes offered by the bike manufacturers; although they are fit for purpose, the riding and terrain here in Canada requires a different tune. We have spent hundreds of hours tuning and testing to achieve this setting.
Options are:
- Parts only - consisting of the cartridge, bottom footnut support and compression adjustable footnut
- Parts and fitting to single fork leg - deliver us the single fork leg and we will install the tuned cartridge using legit Tech OJ01 fluid. Seals, bushings and any extra parts will be extra on top of this
- Parts and fitting to bike - deliver us the bike and we will fit the upgrade, plus remove and re-install the fork.

Rear Shocks
We provide springs, service and retuning for Tech dampers from our Squamish workshop.

- TJ2/TJ4 service including new seals, oil and nitrogen charge $220
